Reporting to: DYC Office Manager

Bartender: Starting wage – minimum wage/per hour (Plus Gratuities)

The main purpose of this job is to ensure the DYC customer receives the highest quality of services. The bar staff support the operational running of the bar and fulfill their duties to the best of their ability. Bar staff works closely with the DYC Office Manager and DYC General Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the DYC bar.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a person to work for a club which is focused on customer service within a great working atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced person or someone with a keen willingness to learn all aspects of working within a licensed established. The successful applicant must have a positive, approachable attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills. He or she must be reliable, trustworthy and able to provide a high level of service and overall customer satisfaction to club members, guests and be able to promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within the Dartmouth Yacht Club.

Currently seeking two employees and/or creating an eligibility.
